We have been in the rental business for over 10 years, and ourfamily has been in the Mahoning Valley since the late 1800's and enjoying the beautiful weather and landscape of the area. The video is of Mill Creek Park a wonderful way to spend a few hours enjoying trails and waterways, or an afternoon on the golf course. We want your stay in the Youngstown - Boardman area to be enjoyable while you are here for work or family.

We offer fully renovated studio, one, two, and three bedroom furnished apartments with ample parking space. These accommodations are perfect for small families or individuals seeking temporary housing due to displacement from their home as a result of an insurance claim, a temporary work relocation, or after selling a home and waiting to close on another home.

CENTRALLY LOCATED

For travel nurses, we are conveniently located within a 15-minute drive of numerous hospitals in the Mahoning and Trumbull County area. Our property is perfectly positioned halfway between Pennsylvania and Lordstown, Ohio, offering easy access to both. Enjoy the convenience of onsite laundry facilities and a spacious yard with a fire pit situated behind the apartment building. Additionally, all utilities are included in the rent.
